There is a reason home-style restaurants are popular. They offer common regional dishes that are easy to recognize and simple to prepare. Take a cue from those restaurants and try simple dishes at first.

One of the most popular meals served in homes is the traditional macaroni and cheese casserole. It is a hit with kids and adults alike, not to mention it is easy to prepare and there are hundreds of recipe variations found on the internet.

We realize that we have an astronomical problem on our hands with the rising obesity rates. An additional problem is the lack of family time. It has been proven through many scientific studies that families who eat together at the dinner table are more likely to have enhanced communication skills and bonding time.
