Engaging Tupperware Party Games
When you host a Tupperware party, the goal is to have a lot of fun and sell a lot of Tupperware. Guests will be in more of a party mood, and more likely to spend money, if they have a good time. One way to do this is to have fun and engaging Tupperware party games.
Planning the Tupperware Party Games
When you choose which games to play, consider who will be at the party. If the party has a theme, plan the games around the theme – it will be more fun! If the party includes couples, you will want different games than if it is a roomful of women.
After you decide on the games for your Tupperware party, be sure you understand how each game is played – the rules, and the key parts of the game. Write out the instructions so you can refer to them if you need to.
Choose what the prizes will be, whether they are an actual thing, like a fruit peeler, or a “coupon” type of prize, like $2 off their order today, or to not have to pay the sales tax on their order. Decide how the prize will be given – will it be wrapped up? Or chosen by the winner out of a hat? Or just announced? You choose, and be prepared.
Some Fun Tupperware Party Games
One of the best type of games for a Tupperware party is one that involves a previously wrapped present. You can wrap it in several layers of wrapping paper, and the present gets passed along, with each person taking off one layer of the wrapping, hoping that they’re the one who will get down to the actual present. The one who takes off the last layer of paper gets to keep the prize inside.
Another game with a wrapped present is one in which the present (or several of them) get passed as the consultant reads a story aloud. When the story has a directional word (left or right), the present is passed one person in that direction. When the story ends, those left holding the presents get to keep them.
Another fun game is to divide the guests into teams of two. Each team is given a Tupperware object to use in as many clever ways as possible – in an improvisational style.
Another Tupperware Party Game is to play memory with Tupperware items. Take 10 items or so and put them onto a tray. Cover them with a cloth, and take them into where the guests are seated. Tell them you will uncover the tray and give them 60 seconds to try to remember the items. Re-cover the tray, then ask in order around the room for them to name an item on the tray. If someone names something that wasn’t on the tray, or that someone else already named, or if they can’t think of anything, then they are “out.” Then the tray can be changed around (maybe replace some objects, maybe change them all) then the game continues with the next person in the row. The last person to go “out” wins and gets a prize. This is a good Tupperware party game that is flexible depending on how the group is. If the game seems too simple for them, give them less time or more items to remember!
